Day 1: Arrival in Delhi - Jaipur
Our representatives will come to receive you from the airport and escort you to your designated hotel. After little rest, we move ahead for a brief sightseeing tour of some famous landmarks of Delhi like Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and Loyus Temple. By the evening we head towards the pink city & the capital of the desert state of Rajasthan, Jaipur. On arrival, check in at the hotel & stay there for whole night.
Day 2 : Jaipur
Next day we drive to Amber Fort and palace of Rajputs from 1037 - 1728 AD. Take elephant ride to the fort situated on the hill. In the later half, visit the City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory, the Palace of Winds and Birla Temple. Stay overnight at hotel in Jaipur. Also, go for sightseeing tour of ethnic village resort Chokhi Dhani, which 15 km from Jaipur.
Day 3: Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra
The other day we drive to Agra crossing a great sandstone artwork piece - Fatehpur Sikri. After this, arrive & check in at the booked Agra hotel.
Day 4: Agra - Mathura and Vrindavan - Agra
On the 4th day, drive to Taj Mahal built by the famous Emperor Shah Jahan in loving memories of Mumtaz Mahal, his beloved wife. There you will visit Agra Fort, a military establishment built in 1565 by Akbar. This red sandstone Fort had been partially converted into a palace during the reign of Emperor Shah Jahan. In the afternoon, visit places like Sikandara, Mathura (Shri Krishna Janmabhumi Temple), Akbar's tomb, & Vrindavan (ISKCON Temple and Bankey Bihari Temple) that are related with Lord Krishna's birth & childhood & then return to your hotel in Agra.
Day 5: Agra - Jhansi / Orchha - Khajuraho
The next destination is Orchha Khajuraho Jhansi via the Shatabdi Express train. On reaching the place, our representative will take you to Orchha, which is 16 km away from Jhansi. The Betwa River flows quietly across the medieval period town. The other attractions comprise palaces & temples built by Bundela rulers in the16th century. Also, visit Jahangir Mahal & Orchha Fort, Ram Raja temple and Raj Mahal. Next day move to Khajuraho & overnight stay at Khajuraho.
Day 6: Khajuraho - Varanasi - Sarnath
View best of Indian art & architecture at the Eastern and Western group of Khajuraho temples. Built in 950 to 1050 AD by the Chandela dynasty, the temples are widely popular for their magnificent carvings that depict various sexual postures of the world-famous "Kamasutra", which is ancient Indian work on sex. Today, only 22 temples exist out of the 85 constructions originally built. In the later-half of the day, move to the pilgrimage destinationVaranasi via plane. As you arrive there, check in at hotel for an overnight stay. Here visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered hi first sermon after enlightenment. Overnight stay is at the designated hotel in Varanasi.
Day 7: Varanasi
Early morning you get to enjoy a boat ride on the sacred Ganges. Watch the life at the Ghats followed by a short trip to the ancient temples run by the Kashi Hindu University. In the afternoon take rest or explore the city.
Day 8: Varanasi - Delhi
Take flight to Delhi early in the morning. There our representative will take you to your hotel. Enjoy afternoon sightseeing Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat, India Gate & President's House. Stay overnight at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 9: Depart Delhi
On the 9th day, depart for You for your return journey home via plane or railway.
